ASP (Application Service Providing)
Our clients have the option of shifting the operation of their search technology application to us to benefit from all-round ASP support. The software runs on our computer, and it is up to you as our client whether you want to purchase the licenses or integrate them into the ASP contract. The advantages for you are obvious: there is no need to modify either your existing IT infrastructure or your IT security strategy, and you can use a standard browser to operate and administer the application. The duration (typically between one and three years) and details of the ASP contract can both be flexibly adapted to take account of your situation and needs.

Consulting
Cogisum also provides complete consulting services for the offered products and solutions. We advise our clients on all technical and application-related issues and support them through all project phases. This starts with an analysis of your current situation and extends to defining your goals, installing the system and successfully taking it live. The focus, as always, is on meeting your particular requirements and making sure you derive maximum benefits. Editing Team
Our editing team has a number of jobs: they range from building search engine indexes across creating taxonomies (structuring, categorizing and assigning headings to project content) all the way to quality control and monitoring of applications hosted by Cogisum (with structuring of content). The editing team also provides (content-related) first-level support, trains users, and helps design and manage projects.
